This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for We Get Found LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). It applies to all subscriptions and one-time services purchased through wegetfound.com. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

The professional website we build for qualifying businesses is yours to keep. If you cancel your subscription, the site remains yours — we do not take it down, redirect it, or hold it hostage.

The optional one-time setup package (schema setup, Google Business Profile cleanup, NAP alignment, llms.txt, and agent-ready basics) is scoped and quoted separately. Because it is delivered as concrete implementation work:

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed error — no questions asked.

We respond to all cancellation and refund requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We work hard to get your business cited by AI assistants and recommended in search, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, citation volume, traffic, or revenue (see our Terms of Service). Our refund policy above is independent of results — it is based on billing and delivery, not outcomes.
