Welcome to We Get Found. By accessing or using wegetfound.com (the "Service"), operated by We Get Found ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Services

We Get Found provides AI visibility services for local businesses, including website building, authority content publishing, citation management, and platform distribution ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Free Website

We build a professional website for qualifying businesses at no upfront cost. The website is yours to keep. If you cancel your monthly subscription, the site remains yours — we do not take it down, redirect it, or hold it hostage. The free website offer is subject to availability and qualification at our discretion.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments & Cancellation

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Pricing is as published at the time of signup.
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. Cancel anytime through your account portal or by emailing us.
• Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after 30 days' written notice.

5. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of all content you submit (business information, logos, photos, text). By providing content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for delivering the Services — building your site, publishing authority content, and distributing to platforms on your behalf. This license ends when your subscription ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal content
• Spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Content that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates third-party rights
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Third-Party Platforms

As part of our Services, we may publish content to third-party platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). We do not control these platforms, and we are not responsible for their policies, uptime, or actions. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The We Get Found brand, name, logo, website design, and original content created by us (excluding your business content) are our intellectual property. The free website we build for you uses templates and design assets we own; you receive a perpetual, irrevocable license to use and modify that website for your business.

9. No Guarantees

We work hard to get your business cited by AI assistants and recommended in search results. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, citation volume, traffic, leads, or revenue. AI systems are third-party black boxes — we influence them, we do not control them. We are transparent about this: results typically begin appearing in 45-90 days, and lasting authority builds over 3-6 months.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Get Found and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Get Found from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, the free website you received remains yours. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
